My client are a leading manufacturing business in Hampshire, part of the Hampshire Growth 100 index this organisation have been expanding steadily for the last 10 years and have seen exciting profit & revenue highs since 2015 year on year.

The finance function in their Basingstoke HQ comprises, transactional finance, as well as a commercial, statutory accounting, tax & audit and operational finance. This Finance Business Partner will sit within operational finance and will business partner senior stakeholders and operations directors throughout the business.

You will be responsible for:

• Finance Business Partnering Operations
• Driving financial performance through analysis
• Budgeting
• Annual Planning
• KPIs
• Forecasting
• Financial Modelling
• Project analysis

To be successful in applying you will be / have:

• ACCA / CIMA / ACA qualification or Finalist
• Relevant degree or AAT qualification
• Experienced management accountant / financial analyst
• Strong excel skills
• Communication ability
• Strong business partnering background ideal
