Finance Business Partner required for an extremely well recognised retail brand in the heart of London. This is a commercially focused role that provides the opportunity to add lots of value. Reporting to the Head of Finance, this role offers excellent senior level exposure.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Providing commercial insight to management in order to drive performance improvement initiatives

• Maintain close relationships with the Business Unit operational teams

• Produce timely and accurate information, helping the board to make informed business decisions

• Relationship building, business partnering and accounting support for relevant managers

• Manage and support Business Unit projects

• Lead quarterly reviews with key stakeholders (inc. CEO)

• Writing commentary for both profit & loss and business units

• Responsibility for coordinating both monthly and quarterly review packs

• Overall responsibility for managing the annual budgeting process

Candidate Profile:

• ACCA/CIMA (or equivalent) Qualified

• Previous experience in the Retail sector is advantageous

• Independent worker who can manage their time efficiently

• Determination to succeed with a strong initiative

• Excellent interpersonal skills

• Strong Excel skill set

• Practical knowledge of financial controls and processes
