Start your job searchA well known and passionate Heathcare business are currently looking for an Interim Finance Business Partner to join their London office to cover a range of commercial activity. The organisation has enjoyed a successful period of growth, leading to increased pressure across the finance function, this position is designed to streamline existing processes and challenge the status quo, to drive further growth and alleviate pressure across the function.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide key insight and support to senior management to improve understanding of financial MI significance.
- Support the Budgeting/Forecasting process, plus provide key analysis on variances
- Work with Financial Control team to make recommendations and streamline existing reporting cycle.
- Produce detailed business cases for senior management
- Key point of contact across Southern Region to assess commercial viability of new projects etc
- Improve the visibility of finance across business, working with non finance stakeholders
Ideal candidates will be/have:
- Experience in the Healthcare/Social Services sector
- Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, ACMA or equivalent)
- Proven track record in a business partnering capacity
- Excellent communication skills, thriving in a position with high exposure to senior stakeholder.
- Positive 'hands on' attitude is essential.
