A leading FMCG business with a reputable and recognised brand portfolio is currently seeking an astute and commercial Finance Business Partner to work with their successful Supply team. Initially on a contract, the role will support the business in achieving planned strategies and goals, whilst providing support where required by the supply teams to deliver quality products. You will ensure that the correct financial controls are implemented in all areas of supply and drive efficiencies and improvements where needed.

Working closely with senior management, the responsibilities and duties will be broad and varied. You will manage the financial reporting process in relation to supply and provide management reporting on results and overheads for presentation to senior management. You will work closely with supply teams to aid in operational decisions and targets, advising on adherence to accounting requirements where necessary.

The successful applicant will be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) and hold a numerate degree. You will also be able to demonstrate business partnering and influencing skills, ideally from the manufacturing or FMCG industry. SAP experience and knowledge will be beneficial. The role is for an initial 8 month contract, but does have the potential to go beyond. This is an influential role that offers an excellent opportunity to improve business performance.
