Finance Controller

A leading Construction company based in West London is now looking to recruit an exceptional Finance Controller to help managing the daily operational accounting in the UK. This role has a broad remit ranging from core finance to development and implementation of long term strategic plans.

You will be a strong people manager and someone who is able to influence at executive level but also deep dive into the detail and solve process and technical issues.

The ideal candidate will have a background that includes experience in the construction industry and the following:

• Solid hands-on experience
• Broad financial accounting and project accounting experience is essential
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement control systems necessary in a changing business environment.
• The ability to translate complex financial concepts to individuals at all levels within the organisation is essential
• You will be ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified with proven PQE within the construction space.
• You must also have excellent communication skills as you'd be a key business partner for both finance and non-finance stakeholders.
