A globally recognised TV Production business is currently looking for a Finance Director to join on an interim basis to cover maternity leave. The position will encompass a broad range of responsibilities ranging across both the commercial/strategic direction of the organisation, to the more hands on technical work where required. The successful candidate will have come from a TV/Media Production background and ideally had extensive experience at Finance Director level.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide holistic oversight of Finance from a Commercial, Operational and Corporate perspective
• Assist with managing ongoing Joint Venture with another major media production business
• Key business partner to a range of Department heads both internal and external
• Development of three year strategic plan, annual budget and new projects
• Corporate governance of JV providing detailed review and analysis to senior stakeholders.
• Oversight of both management and statutory reporting

Ideal Candidates will be/have:

• Fully Qualified (ACA, ACCA, ACMA) - Ideally from a practice background
• Wealth of experience in the TV Industry with experience at FD/CFO level
• Excellent communicator, comfortable presenting and liaising with senior stakeholders
• Proven track record in reputable businesses

This is a year long FTC, applicants must be available with a view to interview asap and start in September.
