My client is looking for an interim Finance Director to join their Luxury Retail brand based Based in Central London. The successful candidate will have ideally worked in a similar role within the same industry.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead the UK Finance function with 2 direct reports across Controlling & Commercial Finance
  • Partner the local Managing Director to drive revenue growth and profitability

  • Work closely with regional stakeholders to deliver global projects

  • Oversee process improvements, systems implementations and upgrades

  • Ensure to SOX controls, UK GAAP reporting and IFRS compliance

  • Develop and train the team - supporting and mentoring high performers

Profile

  • You must have previous experience working with a Listed business
  • You will have a track record of people development and be an inspirational team leader
  • You will be experienced in overseeing large scale transformation and projects including systems implementations
  • A true business partner you will have a track record of adding value and supporting executive stakeholders across sales, marketing and operations teams
  • Fully Qualified ACA/CIMA/ACCA
  • Good history of hitting the ground running
