I am currently recruiting for a creative and dynamic leader to take on the role of Finance Director for a fast-growing facilities management business on the outskirts of Birmingham city centre.

As Finance Director, you will be joining a business that is highly regarded and well recognised within The UK. They have gone from strength to strength in recent years and are continuing to move their business forward with the recruitment of a commercially minded and strategic Finance Director.

Our client has ambitious growth plans and views the Finance Director as an integral, business critical role in order to achieve their objectives.

As Finance Director, your key duties will be:

• Develop a first class finance function, delivering effective and efficient financial support throughout the business
• Evaluate new business opportunities from a financial perspective
• Provide essential financial insight and advice to the CEO and Senior Management Team
• Assume overall accountability for all financial operations, including reporting, budgeting, forecasting, planning, accounts and compliance
• Review all systems and procedures, ensuring they are robust and implementing change where necessary
• Lead and inspire all members of the finance department
• Responsibility for the full budgeting, forecasting and planning process
• Preparation of all required reports including monthly and quarterly reports
• Build outstanding relationships with internal and external stakeholders
