A thriving PE-backed multi site dental chain is seeking a Finance Director to power business development by providing comprehensive analysis to optimise cost savings, working capital and revenue.

Based in Central London, the role's main focus is recognising profit growth opportunities and driving financial performance, allowing a swift, profitable exit. Your commercial instincts and excellent communication skills will allow you to manage strategic banking relationships, cash and covenants, while working alongside private equity backers to create significant value in the business. You will provide robust budgets and forecasts that will monitor and support the company's financial strategy, as well as reviewing capital expenditure across the business.

The ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACMA, ACCA), preferably Chartered. You will have experience in the healthcare sector, preferably in the dental industry or a multi-site medical business, with a proven track record in capitalising on commercial growth opportunities. An enthusiastic, ambitious approach will see you succeed in this rewarding role, and the FD or a high performing number 2 will have an excellent opportunity to make a positive impact on the business's future direction.
