A fast growing PE Backed business services company of scale is seeking an immediately available Finance Director to guide them through an upcoming exit. The business has gone through an incredible growth journey and is looking for someone to head up the finance function as they take their next steps.

You will be able to quickly assess areas of improvement in a business and be able to capitalise on any opportunities to increase financial performance. You will also have experience in a leveraged environment and understand the importance of cash flow to the success of the business. This would suit a candidate who has been through a successful exit in a PE backed business or an exceptional candidate on the upward trajectory looking for an opportunity to join and take a well-regarded business through their next stage of growth.

You will be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACMA, ACCA), and preferably have experience taking a business through a sale process as an autonomous Finance Director. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-known business with a successful growth story and exciting future.
