Marks Sattin are recruiting a Part Time Finance Executive on behalf of an International consultancy based in East Leeds. This is a Part Time role where you will work a minimum of 25-28 hours per week, you will be expected to do 5 hours a day, 5 days a week, the times that you choose to work are flexible but they do want consistency across the working week.

Responsibilities:

• Monthly accounts including providing weekly regular cash flow & P&L updates
• Forecasting & updating of internal order system
• Bank reconciliations
• Petty cash & Visa reconciliations
• VAT returns
• Posting into Sage account
• Operating monthly payroll

Key Skills:

• You will have a solid finance background
• Understand key finance functions such as Excel, Sage & Sage Payroll
• You will need to be assertive and demonstrate initiative.
• Ideally be ACCA / CIMA / ACA Qualified but will look at people who are Qualified by Experience

Salary is pro rata plus full 26 day holiday entitlement.
