A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an ACA qualified Accountant / Finance Manager to join a SME business in the Warwickshire area.

In this very hands on role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and accurate running of the finance function for this £5m revenue organisation. This will include management of a small team and producing monthly management accounts as well as yearly statutory accounts.

As well as the day-to-day you will business partner developing relationships at all levels in the business providing support to achieve future business goals. You will provide in-depth analysis and insight on performance and opportunities and then developing these into actions for the business as well as taking ownership for the month-end accounting cycle, and weekly / monthly reporting.

Ideally;

• Be ACA qualified, with strong techincal skills
• Possess previous experience of preparing statutory accounts, as well as monthly management accounts
• Be highly analytical, commercial and numerate with the ability to analyse and report meaningnfully on manmagement accounts
