Finance Manager - Europe - CIMA/ACCA/ACA

Exceptional Finance Manager role for a commercially astute CIMA/ACCA/ACA qualified accountant who is keen to have autonomy and run all aspects of their financial team.

You'll have a small number of direct reports, mostly part-qualified, and will have full responsibility for the monthly close process and driving the team forward to complete all deadlines. You'll also be adaptable, and will be keen to gain exposure to projects in a really dynamic organisation which is constantly changing.

• Key deliverables for you will include:
• Montly P&L approval including revenue and gross margin
• Identifying and monitoring competitor activity and making recommendations for continuous improvement
• Training and developing your team of staff
• Develop and implement monthly reporting including KPIs

This is a fantastic role and will suit someone who is looking to work in a fast-paced environment where the need for speedy reporting is key.
