Start your job searchA rare 'end to end' role covering all aspects of financial/management reporting and commercial is available for our client, an exciting international business who have nearly tripled in size in the last few years. The role as Finance Manager has a dual dotted line, in part to the European FC with the main line to the Group Finance Director. With the support for a team of 5 the role will assume full financial responsibility for all aspects of the UK US and one European entity. This will include month end reporting, being the main poc for UK and US Advisors, overseeing the Group's cash position / cash flow forecasting (complex as there are a number of entities), supervising and overseeing the financial transactions and payroll teams. Due to the rapid growth in recent years there is a big focus initially on harmonising and improving systems and processes, upon that being put in place the focus will turn more and more to supporting the leadership team as a 'business partner', through producing key analysis and MI in order to aid an improve commercial decision making. If you are a qualified accountant with strong all round experience and ideally working for a complex, multi-entity business then this role could prove an ideal next step. With clear succession plans to grow the role and to move upwards this is an exciting new role that would suit an ambitious and self starter type individual.
