A fast growing private equity backed technology business are looking for a motivated, dynamic Finance Manager to join their London team.

This is a high profile role to support key members of their management team and board. You will be responsible for all aspects of financial/management reporting, financial analysis, banking and tax, managing a team of four working with the Financial Controller and CFO.

The role:

• Managing the production, review and finalisation of group management accounts on monthly basis; ensuring that the accounting policies and processes are in compliance with both the group reporting requirements and the IFRS guidelines.
• Conducting month-on-month analytical review of business figures, performing variance analysis and presenting the findings to the executive committee, board of directors and other stake holders.
• Provide appropriate reports and analyses to give management greater visibility of the performance and profitability of the different parts of the growing business.
• Manage all tax submissions, working together with tax advisors in London, and other international offices
• Managing and mentoring the junior members of the finance team

Profile:

• ACA qualified with 4-5 years+ post qualification experience
• Creative and proactive approach to management reporting and financial analysis
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills: able to persuade, influence and collaborate with all stakeholders of the company
• Experience of working with a private equity backed business is an advantage,
