Finance Manager - Harrogate

We have been exclusively retained to help one of our long-standing clients in Harrogate appoint a new Finance Manager into their team.

The business runs with a small finance team allowing this role to be incredibly hands on and rewarding. The position comes with a great deal of autonomy and plays a senior role in the team.

The role:

• As Finance Manager, you will lead and develop the finance team
• Manage the company accounts, accounts receivable and payables, sales ledger and payroll functions
• Annual financial budgets
• Internal financial oversight
• Monthly management accounts
• Annual company accounts preparation and filing
• Dealing with external auditors

What we are looking for:

• CIMA / ACCA qualified Accountant or equivalent with 3+ years' experience in a similar role
• Experience working with External auditors
• Experience managing and leading a small finance team
• Strong communicator
• Strong IT and Excel skills
