Finance Manager

An International real estate firm based in central London is seeking a Financial Manager to join their rapidly growing organization.

The Finance Manager reports to the Finance and Commercial Director with an additional reporting line to the Project Director of the SPV for which they provide the Management Services under the terms of the Management Services

This exciting role requires a confident communicator who is driven, enthusiastic and technically adept.

As the Finance Manager, you will have responsibility for providing the board with "Finance Director" calibre advice on operational and financial risks and opportunities and make recommendations on appropriate courses of action. Managing the Business Planning and Model update process strictly in accordance with the requirements of the Financing Agreements and each SPV's investors, and company's policies. Ensuring that the financial models reflect contractual, statutory, regulatory and commercial provisions as well as preparing and assisting in the presentation of the Business Plan and Model Update to each SPV's board for approval.

Requirements:

• Professional qualification ACA or equivalent
• Ability to identify potential issues surrounding a piece of complex legislation or policy and provide easily understood verbal and written analysis material and advice that is clear and comprehensive.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to communicate and influence effectively across various departments.
• Excellent working knowledge and understanding of financial management matters including project finance.
• Ability to work with big volumes of data, databases and financial models
• Development and/or maintenance of complex financial models using Microsoft Excel.
