FINANCE MANAGER A fast-growing SME based in West-London is currently looking for a Finance Manager to join their organisation. As the Finance Manager you will report directly to the Finance Director and you will have the responsibility for a small finance team. You will be responsible for the management of the finances and others ad hoc duties as required by the CEO. You will be the focal point for all finance related queries both internally and externally.

Key responsibilities:

• Managing and controlling the finance department
• Complete and manage the annual budget and year end process
• Preparation of management and financial analysis
• Managing and coaching a team of 2
• Improve existing processes and procedures

Skills required:

• You must have a recognised accountancy qualification (ACA / ACCA /CIMA) or equivalent.
• Previous financial team management
• Working knowledge of Sage 50 accounts
• 3+ years experience as a Finance Manager
