Preparation of monthly reporting to meet reporting deadlines
Global Financial and Legal compliance, to include local statutory accounts, VAT, Intrastat , ECSLs and fiscal compliance, in conjunction with local consultants across 30 Countries
Production of all balance sheet reconciliations for the CFO to ensure all reconciliations are completed and any issues arising addressed.
Preparation of year end reporting and working with appointed Local Accountants and maintaining good relationships, including provision of all information when required
Year End Group Consolidation and Statutory Accounts
Own the annual audit process
Continually Review all Financial Processes with the department to maximize support to the operations.
Line Manager Support to a team of 3 .Managing day to day, reviewing, coaching and appraising key competences of those individuals to deliver the best outcomes.
Working closely with in-house tax team and tax consultants in each country to help provide timely information when required
Any ad-hoc duties as required

Applicants should be qualified accountants ACA with a strong background within the technical aspects of a finance function.
Demonstrable experience of managing an audit process

Minimum of 5 years financial accounting experience in medium to large companies
European / International experience in a fast paced organisation
Ability to problem solve and carry out complex tasks
Can demonstrate strong skills when introducing new processes and enhancing current
Strong leadership skills
Strong MS Excel skills and Knowledge of JDE/Oracle is desirable.

Good written and oral communication skills with the ability to work on own initiative and co-operate within a team.
