Marks Sattin have been engaged by a top UK Investment Management firm to acquire a Finance Manager on a 3-6 month contract basis.

Finance Manager based in London and reporting to the group Finance Director.

The Finance Manager will be an integral part of the firm's finance team focused on managing all aspects of the corporate finance function as well as supporting fund operations.

Reporting to the Finance Director, the role and key responsibilities are:

• Lead on the corporate finance and management accounting functions, including all reporting, processing and all corporate matters, including international corporate requirements;
• Lead on compliance and regulatory matters;
• Assistance with fund operations and assistance with HR functions

Experience and Qualifiations:

• ACA qualified or equivalent with 5 years post qualified experience
• Preparation of management accounts, VAT returns, Companies House returns, liquidity etc.
• Experience of FCA regulatory requirements
• Systems knowledge and use of Xero
