A newly created role of Finance Manager within the management accounting arena has opened for a qualified ACMA/ACCA Management Accountant to step up. This varied position will offer the Finance Manager the opportunity to assist the FP&A team deliver group objectives whilst ensuring monthly and quarterly reporting is undertaken and delivered accurately and on time. This will include end to end reporting including commentary, analysis and providing commercial insight for the board. Responsibilities will also include:

- KPI and Performance reporting

- Development of group systems

- Managing a small team

- Business partnering with both financial and non financial stakeholders

- Ensuring the appropriate controls are in place and flexible to meet the needs and objectives of the business

Essentially this new role to the business will be targeting a qualified CIMA/ACCA accountant. Naturally expected of this role, you will posses excellent communication ability and fully capable of articulating solutions to internal partners including senior management, cross departments and the reporting team. It will also require regular contact with external suppliers and occasionally the auditors. As this role is working hand in hand with cross functional teams an ability to produce financial models which are insightful and capable of being digesting by non financial audiences is key.
