Multinational FMCG business based in North West London seeks the talents of an experienced Finance Operations Accountant. Whilst building on key finance skills and competencies, you will be focused on providing global process leadership on previous structural and systems investments. This role is due to last 12 months with the potential for a permanent role for a strong candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure all internal financial systems and controls are fit for purpose - complying with group standards and implementing improvements where necessary
• Achieve financial benefits through the implementation of process management across all stakeholders
• Ensure KPI reporting and governance is optimised in all regards
• Determine future global operating model processes and technologies
• Business partnering with key stakeholders

Candidate Requirements:

• Fully qualified accountant ACA or equivalent
• Transformation project knowledge and experience is crucial
• Experience in global, complex matrix structured businesses
• Must have shared service experience delivering transactional finance processes
• Strong systems and Excel skills - Experience of SAP is essential
