Marks Sattin are currently working with a leading Technology organisation to assist in the recruitment of a Finance Process Improvement Manager. This role will see you drive simplification & process automation throughout the management accounts team.

You will need to have strong systems and technology skills, you will need to be from an accounting background so you can understand the team you are working with. You will work alongside the Robotics & automation team as well as the management accounts team.


  • Support management accounts in improving month end processes.
  • Deliver process and system functionality improvements.
  • Develop and advise on control system and operational control improvements.
  • Support management accounts team to enable the accurate and timely delivery of the month end results.


  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, ability to create VBA Macros.
  • Experience using data query tools.
  • Qualified Accountant.
  • Knowledge of SQL / query requests.
  • Ability to interrogate and extract data from the system.
