One of the leading Irish listed businesses and a globally recognised brand with offices located all over the world is looking for a Finance Process Lead to join their Finance Transformation team.

You will work as part of the Global team partnering closely with Financial Control, Tax and Treasury throughout the Group to implement Financial Control transformation.

Specifically, this role will lead the deployment of the Record to Report Process working with the Global Process Owner (GPO) as well as Regional Functional leads driving continuous improvement.

You will establish process governance for RtR in line with global standards as agreed with the GPO and ensure that the process is fit for purpose across the Region. You will also be responsible for driving efficiency and control, establishing performance metrics and regularly report the status of the project.

The successful candidate will demonstrate significant experience within a Record to Report (RtR) role preferably in a Shared Service Centre environment and be a qualified accountant (or similar). Experience of SAP is desirable but not essential. Initially the role will be a long term contract position.
