A nationally recognised construction business, based in Luton, have a great opportunity for a Finance Systems Manager to lead a small team of analysts and administrators in driving excellence in finance systems in a fast moving organisation. This role will be on a permanent basis and reporting directly into Head of Transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing relationships of system providers
• Ensuring system supports financial controls and governance
• Managing any systems upgrades
• Managing a team of analysts and administrators
• Liaising with senior members of the business
• Expensed travel 1-2 days a week to national sites

Key Skills:

• CIMA/ACA/ACCA qualified or equivalent
• At least 5 years experience working on a variety of finance systems
• Advanced Excel skills
• Strong communication and management skills
