A Large and world leading Investment Management firm are looking to hire a financial accountant on a 6-12 month contract as soon as possible due to growth within their team.

This role will contain a significant amount of high profile project work, requiring the successful candidate to partner and build relationships right across the business. You would also act as entity controller for both regulated and unregulated entities, with responsibility for maintaining the integrity of these entities' P&Ls and Balance Sheets.

Main duties will include but are not limited to:

• Ensuring that all statutory accounting deadlines are met; review of year end statutory accounts including liaison with auditors, tax & regulatory
• Completion of monthly management and quarterly IFRS reporting packages ensuring that US to IFRS adjustments are appropriate and documented
• Production of legal entity accounts and regulatory returns
• Streamlining/process improvements
• Build relationships across the business

The successful candidate will be ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified with at least 2 years post qualified experience gained within statutory/financial accounting. This experience will preferably be within financial services.
