A City based boutique bank are looking for a technical accountant to get involved in high level projects within finance.

The Head of Finnace is looking for a strong, senior financial accountant to help out on a range of key projects across the team and wider finance area. The main projects will include:

IFRS 9 disclosures reporting

Improving Sox controls and testing for IFRS 9

Improving treasury P&L reporting after a recent audit point

Improving and updating finance procedures, process maps and controls

Board repoting and ICAAP assistance

They are looking for a strong technical accountant that has had previous experience in driving change and re-engineering processes. The ideal candidate will have worked for a small to medium size bank, meaning a breadth of experience across the finance function. This role will be for an initial 6-9 months, and they need someone that can hit the ground running.
