A leading and reputable name in the FMCG industry, our client is currently undertaking a strong period of exciting growth and expanding their product offering. Joining on an initial contract, they are now seeking a motivated Financial Accountant help with financial accounting and reporting.

Reporting directly to the Financial Controller, you will assist with the financial reporting of the business. You will look at all aspects of financial control - undertaking budgets and forecasts in accordance with reporting requirements. A key requirement of the position is to help identify and recommend new controls and procedures in line with group requirements - helping to drive change and improve and develop finance to a high standard.

The successful candidate will be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA) with a good, hands-on technical background that has ideally worked in a business that has experienced strong growth or change. Hands-on systems skills are required in order to optimise finance processes and controls. This is an exciting opportunity to work for a leading corporate and be involved in a high-profile finance integration. The role would be for an initial 3 - 4 month contract period.
