A rapidly growing financial services company, who are competing with well-known challenger banks, are looking for a part qualified financial analyst to join their team.

They are looking for a candidate who will add value and grow alongside the business.

Duties:

  • Daily, weekly and monthly bank and system reconciliations to internal and external stakeholders
  • Support the senior finance team with annual/quarterly budgets & forecasts
  • Support and/or own various month end accounts including but not limited to; cost control, revenue reconciliations, balance sheet reconciliations, variance analysis
  • Prepare monthly MI reports to the business (finance and non-finance) highlighting key areas of risk/opportunity and suggest ways to improve/mitigate
  • Help maintain the accounting GL ensuring robust data quality management
  • Continuous review of practices to drive efficiencies and scalability
  • Support other members of the finance team in times of absence, sick, etc.
  • Ad-hoc project work when requested

Requirements:

  • Part qualified and/or Accounting degree
  • 3+ years' experience in an accounting environment
  • Month end reporting experience
  • Budgeting/forecasting experience
