COMMERCIAL FINANCE ANALYST

My client are a leading name in their industry with a global reach and turnover in excess of £3bn.

As a Finance Analyst you will be an integral part of the UK Operations Finance Team and will provide financial support and analysis, particularly, management reporting of key performance indicators to assist managers in achieving their financial and operational objectives.

The role will provide support to the Manufacturing Finance Business Partner and the wider UK Operations Finance function as required. The role will also assist with cost centre reviews, quarterly forecast and annual budget submissions. The Finance Analyst will feed business knowledge into the Finance Operations team in order to support the calculation of accruals and prepayments.

To be successful in your application you will meet the following requirements:

• Professional qualification (CIMA, ACCA, ACA) with post qualification experience gained within a large manufacturing organisation.
• Excellent understanding of world class management accounting techniques and demonstrated track record in their implementation.
• Strong leadership style, with the presence and ability to influence across functional boundaries and to gain respect and credibility at all levels in the organisation.
• Passionate about performance improvement with a driven style characterised by high energy and the ability to energise others with his/her enthusiasm.
• Comfortable with challenging others and being challenged and highly capable of establishing collaborative relationships in environments of conflict.
