Fast-growing manufacturing business in Worcestershire is looking for a Financial Controller to join their business.

Reporting into the Group Finance Director, this role will be instrumental in supporting the on-site operational team facilitating businesses growth and success. This will include managing the on-site financial and management reporting processes as well as cashflow, statutory requirements and management accounting.

You will work closely with the Leadership team to help develop the strategy for growth which will include; developing financial models and business cases for expansion, trends, budgets and long and short-term business plans.

Requirements:

• Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA)
• Prior experience of working in a fast-expanding manufacturing business
• Advanced Excel Skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
