A listed Property company based in London is currently seeking for a motivated Financial Controller to join their growing business. You will be providing hands on approach to respond to technical and operational accounting queries as well as manage a small team.

The role will require the individual to provide leadership and management within the Finance department of the group and provide key direction and reporting on the performance of the business to the board on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.

Candidate requirements:

• Accounting / Business education to degree standard;
• Qualified ACCA, CPA, ACA, CIMA OR comparative level achieved through exposure and experience;
• Minimum 5-7 years experience in a similar position;
• Excellent Microsoft Skills: Outlook, Word, Excel PowerPoint etc.
• Excellent leadership, management and communication skills
