A determined Financial Controller is required to join an innovative, fast growing beverage company. This is a business ran by ambitious entrepreneurs with a huge passion for their core product. Reporting to the Finance Director, the Financial Controller will be responsible for every financial aspect of the business.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Support decision-making through providing commercial insight analysis in conjunction with other departments
• Establish a high level of credibility and manage strong working relationships with stakeholders
• Contribute fully to the development of company strategy across all areas of the business
• Assist with other finance/company projects, as and when required
• Manage 1 direct report, along with external service providers
• Maintain and implement appropriate control environment, procedures and systems
• Management of tax/statutory compliance and annual audit
• Manage payroll and all cash management activities

Candidate Profile:

• Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
• FMCG background
• Experience in integrating/implementing new systems is advantageous
• Commercially astute, with good business acumen and numeracy
• High level of analytical ability
• Comfortable in a fast paced environment
• Enthusiastic, energetic and highly self-driven
