Working with the FD and Commercial teams, you will be responsible for driving the company's day to day finances and managing/ coaching a high performing team.

• Co-ordination of consolidated Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Report Packs to the Board
• Preparation of Annual statutory company and subsidiary accounts (and JVs)
• Co-ordination of annual budget preparation - PnL / BS (including emphasis on working capital and cash)
• Preparation of tax returns, support on SAO on all tax matters
• Cash management including FOREX
• Team management 15
• Integrity of, and development of all systems
• Liaison with external Auditors

To be considered, you will have demonstrable experience in the Construction/ Engineering industry for a number of years, whether it would be in a senior central finance or divisional business position. You will be a qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA) with experience of leading teams.
