Fast growing and innovate Property company based in Surrey are undertaking a period of transformation, where a new business will be created due to strong performance. This new standalone business has ambitions to double in size over the next 12 months and will provide the successful candidate with unrivalled progression.

Reporting into the CFO, you will be responsible for:

• Prepare monthly consolidated Management Accounts with informative and detailed commentary.
• Create an environment of Control, ensuring the processes can support scalable growth.
• Execute the production of Statutory Accounts.
• Co-ordinate and run with the Audit process.
• Manage the cashflow and forecasting process.
• Training, motivating and coaching a team of 4.

To be considered for the role, you will be an ACA/ACCA (Equivalent) qualified Accountant, with demonstrable experience in the aforementioned areas. You will have previous experience in managing teams, within a fast paced environment. The role will need someone who is comfortable in implementing processes and systems, so please ensure you are able to demonstrate these skills.
