Financial Controller required for a leading Engineering business in Surrey. Reporting into the CFO you will be responsible for leading the Head Office accounting function (c20 heads) on the day to day accounting duties.

You will be responsible for:

• Leading, coaching and motivating the Finance team
• Production of Statutory Accounting process (FRS101/2)
• Oversee the JV Accounting
• Coordinate the preparation of the corporate annual report
• Coordinate the provision of information to external auditors for the annual audit
• Monitor debt levels and compliance with debt covenants

You will be a Qualified Accountant (ACA equivalent) with considerable post qualified experience ideally within an Engineering, Support Services or Construction industry. This role will require a strong communicator with strong hands on Management.
