Superb Financial Controller role for a leading and expanding property and construction business. This company is synonymous with quality and forges long-term relationships with their clients. With a growing footprint in their field, they serve a number of different sectors.

The organisation is currently optimising the finance structure for planned growth and as a result, they are hiring a new Financial Controller to support the MD with providing best in class monthly financial reporting and management accounts, whilst managing the medium sized finance team. The role is broad and will be hands-on in nature and also provide strategic input to the board of directors at the same time.

Working with senior leadership, this key position will play a pivotal part in help delivering long term strategic goals as well as monthly and quarterly insight into cost initiatives and investment projects, along with a new system implementation to develop and optimise finance as a function.

You will have a solid background in financial control as well as commercial acumen to work with senior management and understand business drivers, particularly from an SME business, ideally in the property or construction industry. You will be qualified (ACA/ACCA/ACMA) with a strong track record of professional advancement.
