A leading boutique construction firm is looking for a part time financial controller to join initially on a 14 month contract. This is a maternity cover and you will be required to work 3 days a week (flexible).

As the financial controller you will be reporting into the CFO responsible for the day to day financial controls and you will oversee the work of 2 junior accountants.

Main responsibilities:

• Managing all aspects of financial and management accounting functions
• Managing the key stake holder relationships including payroll providers
• Performing monthly and annual reporting to the board
• Managing the budgeting and cash flow forecasting
• Assisting in the development of internal processes and setting targets

Requirements

• You will be qualified ACCA/CIMA or equivalent
• Happy to work 3 days a week
• Previously worked within a SME
