This role is responsible for overseeing the finance team and all finance related matters and reporting to the Board. Key areas of responsibility will include:

  • Oversight of all day to day functions of finance team
  • Internal and external financial reporting
  • Chair the audit and remuneration committee
  • Detailed financial analysis and manage all KPI's
  • Strategic evaluation to ensure value of expenditure is maximised
  • Budgeting and forecasting
  • Statutory and tax returns
  • Review and improvement of process and policy


The Person:

This role would suit someone who is currently in the not for profit sector or an experience finance professional who has a desire to give something back and move into the sector. To be successful in this role you will have the following skills and experience:

  • Qualified accountant with relevant experience preferably NFP
  • Customer focused and ability to deal with non finance personnel
  • Good technical skills
  • Ability to work to reporting deadlines
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and strong communicator
