A globally successful private equity backed real estate firm with a proven track record of investment, asset and development management is seeking a financial controller to join their team in Dublin.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to gain more responsibility and has audit experience within a real estate, fund management or private equity environment who wants the next step in their career to work for a firm that is leading the way in the real estate sector across Europe and the Americas.

Having excellent core accounting skills is essential for this position as you will be responsible for the consolidated financial statements and the tax returns.

The ideal candidate:

• Fully qualified with over three years PQE - CIMA/ACCA/ACA
• Audit Experience in a Real Estate or Fund Management environment
• Good interpersonal skills
• Self-starter approach to work and problem solving, detail organized and motivated.
• The ability to work both independently and as part of a small dynamic team environment.
