My Client, a leading FinTech firm that are looking to expand their financial crime team with a Financial Crime manager.

The role at hand will be to assist the Head of compliance by managing a small team that cover the compliance operations functions (monitoring, on boarding etc.) and to aid the development of the group financial crime prevention team.

The Ideal candidate, will be somebody with experience in financial crime within a electronic money institution (EMI), Payment services or FinTech firm.

The ideal candidate will also be somebody that has experience of managing a small team however they may be flexible on this if the candidate shows a can do attitude and has the right skill set.

Candidates must have a good working knowledge of AML regulations and compliance monitoring.

My client are ideally looking to pay £55,000 however they can be flexible and may go up to £70,00 if the perfect candidate comes through the door.
