A growing property start up are looking to appoint a Finance Manager into their expanding business structure. Reporting into the CEO and Senior stakeholders you will be responsible for preparing, developing and analysing financial information so the company and board can make well-informed decisions to increase growth and profitability.

Responsibilities include:

• Desire to build Finance function from the ground up, rather than lean on existing reporting processes and current practices.
• Construct detailed financial models, financial reports and provide useful evaluation and analysis to executive team.
• Formulate and evaluate strategic plans, budgets and forecasts for the entire business within set timelines.
• Prepare periodic financial statements, including profit and loss accounts, budgets, cash flows, variance analysis and commentaries
• Liaise with other function managers to put the finances and accounts in context.
• Continually adapt and improve management reporting and KPIs to meet the needs of the business and management team.

The successful will have a strong financial background ideally in a start up or SME. Strong analytical skills are essential.
