Leading consumer goods business is looking for a high potential FP&A Analyst to move into a managerial position. Top 5 in their category, this global giant is well renowned for their product marketing, innovation and award winning stable of brands. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the Annual Operational Planning cycle.
• Create Business Performance reports to understand the drivers within the market.
• Provide the Finance Leadership Team with an independent view of the risks on the P&L and cash flow.
• Co-ordinating, planning and communicating with various business units to achieve accurate and impactful reports.
• Financial forecasting, analysis and reporting- identifying opportunities within the market and making recommendations for future activities.
• Working with the Strategy team to assist with LTP
• Continuously looking to improve the process, striving to eliminate inefficiency.

To be consider for this exciting opportunity, you will be a fully qualified accountant (ACA/ACMA equivalent), with 3-5 years' experience in a Consumer Goods business. You will have a proven track record in achievement and advancement, with superior communication skills. You will be require to face off to Senior leaders, so confidence in the numbers and being able to articulate them is imperative. Finally, you will be intellectually curious, looking to understand why things are done the way they are and how they could be improved.
