Start your job searchAn excellent opportunity has become available to join an international and very reputable business in Birmingham city centre as Financial Planning & Analysis Manager.
Reporting into the Head of FP&A, your role as Financial Planning & Analysis Manager will be to manage the Business Planning Process and Management Reporting Cycle.
Key duties as Financial Planning & Analysis Manager will include but not limited to:
* Lead and manage the Group FP&A function by providing accurate, timely and relevant management information to the Executive Management Team
* Develop and manage FP&A processes for all monthly, annual and ad-hoc reporting with standardised methodology and reporting across the Group
* Develop and control the annual budget cycle for the Group reporting on all key performance targets throughout the year
* Develop and control the annual 5 Year strategic planning cycle for the Group
* Provide periodic detailed bridge analysis between Budget, 5 Year plan and the monthly forecast
* Providing and interpreting financial information, analysing change and advising accordingly
* Developing financial management mechanisms that report on and minimise financial risk across the Group
* Commercially appraising business change proposals to inform decision making
* Analyse and report on all Group investment projects
* Manage and develop a team of 3
Package on offer for the position of Financial Plannng & Analysis Manager is up to £60,000 basic salary plus excellent benefits.
