A high growth US-listed technology Consultancy is recruiting for a technical accounting specialist on an initial 6 month interim basis. As the Financial Reporting Accountant, you will be heavily involved with all matters of reporting under US standards and to the SEC.

The role's responsibilities as the Financial Reporting Accountant will include:

• Producing statutory and financial accounts compliant with USGAAP for submission to the SEC
• Ensuring that the business and subsidiaries have sufficient and robust controls
• Preparing audit files for external auditors and acting as the subject matter expert internally
• Reviewing SOX controls
