Our client, a leading and reputable presence in the technology and business infrastructure space is experiencing strong growth year on year. As a result, a new requirement has a risen in the high-performing finance team for a pro-active Financial Reporting Manager.

Working very closely with the Finance Director, the role is to assist in developing and improving financial reporting controls and processes across the business, whilst establishing value add relationships with the sales teams. As well as statutory reporting, the role will be responsible for budgeting and forecasting and providing insightful analysis to the wider business around performance and opportunities. In addition, you will be championing a robust reporting framework and structure.

The successful candidate is likely to be ACA qualified with a background from chartered and audit that has an excellent grasp of financial reporting processes. You will have strong communication skills to partner across the business, an investigative nature and a desire for continuous improvement.
