An ever-growing and leading FMCG business with a reputable and recognised brand portfolio in their field is currently seeking a commercially minded and ambitious Accountant to join the commercial finance team and work closely with the sales teams.

Supporting the Commercial Finance Manager, this is a key and strategic role that will be responsible for a range of brands and products. You will be responsible for influencing and supporting the business to maximise value by providing insightful and meaningful financial planning and analysis, focusing on sales and new product development. This is a commercial and business partnering role - working closely with sales and brand teams to help in the decision making process, covering areas such as investment, strategy development, pricing and promotions. In addition, you will also structure and develop a decision support framework to provide consistent, value-adding analysis.

This role is suitable for a qualified accountant (ACA, CIMA) with a background in financial planning and analysis from the FMCG or retail industry. You will have a proven track record in analytical support and the strong ability to influence and communicate with non-finance stakeholders at all levels.
