Start your job searchA successful and reputable name in the software industry has recently gone through an exciting period of growth and change. Due to recent internal moves and restructures, there now exists a need for an accomplished FP&A Manager to oversee the planning and reporting for the EMEA region on a long-term contract.
Overall accountability for the position is being responsible for financial planning, analysis and reporting for EMEA, partnering across divisions and channels within the business to aid in strategy and decision making. You will be tasked with leading a small team, both locally and offshore, and develop the budgeting and forecasting activities for the team. The position will also have key involvement in managing finance change and seeking continuous improvement in relation to systems and reporting tools and others areas where required.
To be considered you must be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) and have held previous FP&A managerial roles with an EMEA focus, ideally in the software or technology sectors. As well as having strong attention to detail, you will have excellent communication skills to business partner with senior stakeholders and lead and motivate a small team. This role is a great opportunity to join a business at an exciting time and have an influence on further developing a strong finance function. The contract would be for an initial period of 9-12 months and therefore candidates that are readily available or on a short notice are preferred.
