Marks Sattin are excited to announce that we are currently working in partnership with a market leading organisation in Thames Ditton, Surrey, to help assist with the recruitment process for a FP&A Manager to join on a permanent basis. Salary for this position is starting from £60,000 including an annual bonus.

The Role:

This FP&A Manager position will be reporting directly into the Commercial Finance Director and get full exposure to the wider business and clients of the organisation, which comprise of FTSE 100 and Fortune Global 500. This role will be heavily focused on partnering with the senior functional leaders and the rest of the FP&A team to support accurate modelling and presentation of the annual business plans, through scheduled review and challenge of their plans, with a focus on growth, productivity and efficiency. This role will also focus on analysing current expenditure trends, budgets/forecasting and owning of the P&L planning models creating a process for monthly and quarterly reforecasts measuring against the start of year Operating Budget.

The Profile:

The ideally candidate for this position would be degree educated, qualified ACCA/CIMA/ACA, with a minimum of 3-5 years' experience within a finance function, again, ideally within a FP&A function. Our client is also looking for someone with very strong interpersonal skills and able to demonstrated the ability to build relationships and partner at the senior leadership level.
