Start your job searchAn international non for profit organisation is current seeking a Fraud Manager to assist the Head of Fraud on implementing the Fraud Team strategy and policy. A strong candidate will come from a legal background and not from a police or military career history. This role is 6 - 12 months in duration and the role is based in London.
Key Responsibilities:
- Have overall responsibility for monitoring and managing new incidents received into Datix - working with and line managing the Datix Administrator to ensure the integrity and completeness of the data
- Ensure minimum data quality standards are achieved for all incidents/case
- Continue to monitor and deal with incidents received through the Fraud email account
- Be responsible for developing the methods, approach, training and development material for Fraud Focal Points.
- Support the development and implementation of systems to monitor fraud metrics across the organisation, within the Centre and across the regions and country programmes
Candidate Requirements:
Education
- Some form of counter fraud qualification is desirable
Experience
- Previously worked in a legal, insurance or commercial background
- Working knowledge and understanding of global anti-fraud standards and legislation
- Demonstrated the ability to take a pragmatic approach to fraud management in operating environments
- Previously worked in an international development setting - minimum of 10 years
- Experience of capacity building with varied stakeholders on complex issues

- Must have superb accuracy and attention to detail
- Calm manner, able to work under pressure and the ability to prioritise work effectively
- Ability to build collaborative relationships and work as part of a team
- Able to make thorough decisions when needed, and take accountability for outcomes
